Hi Raya. I think I'm mostly speaking to you considering nearly everyone else reading this blog gets to actually see me in person. :) No prob, though. I should have more time now than I did back at school, but it just seems that I always have something or another to do!
So, I arrived home on Thursday night to surprise my parents and, boy, were they surprised. The original plan was to fly home on Friday night and arrive in Green Bay on Saturday morning (aka take a red-eye), but I thwarted that idea and decided to change flights: come home early and stay later. So, instead of coming home on December 17th and leaving on the 29th, I came home on the 15th and am leaving on January 1st. Props to the bro for finding such a cheap ass flight. :) Thanks Rabbit. Zack is also coming to Green Bay for a bit next week, then I am going back to Janesville with him and I am under the impression that we are spending New Year's Eve in Chicago before flying out of O'Hare the next day. Plus, my daddy turns...an unmentionable age on New Year's Day, but I won't be there to celebrate. Sad. Seems so far away, but breaks go so damn fast and then it's back to the grindstone...rubbing my nose RAW.
I didn't get any of the jobs I applied for in Seattle, so I am considering taking 20 graduate credits next quarter. Maybe I shouldn't, though. For mental health purposes. Then, instead of working in an institution, I will be admitted to one. Ha. Yeah, that'd be great.
So, I gotta run cause Ty and I are having lunch with our mom. Yay, feels so good to say that and. to be home in general! Internet, television, a car, family and friends all readily available (well, nearly)...what more could a girl want?
Sorry Minnapolites (what?), I won't be coming to the Cities during break. I AM SAD ABOUT THIS, but I just can't. No worries, we'll see each other soon enought...
Miss you all and Merry 5 days until Christmas! :)
