I Had the Best Dinner Ever Tonight.
A grilled portobello mushroom covered in asiago cheese on a bed of mixed greens with wasabi dressing alongside a caprese salad (fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette) and a baked peach with caramelized granola for dessert. And I made it all myself. :)

Great to read about a fabulous dinner!!
I am just back from Amvil and a wedding (my first French one!). I am really exhausted and I am just looking forward going to sleep. I will go to bed right after I will have put some laundry in the machine!
