Well, the first thanks goes to the beautiful, the vivacious, NIKI WENDT for the initial post. Thanks Nik! Feels good to be blogging again, besides the fact that I cannot for the life of me finish the France blog. Sorry. I really want to not only for my readers, but for myself. I'll put a quick little something up so that people know I am going to be getting to it. Also is the small problem that I don't have internet at my apartment. That super sucks, but once I get my loan money (stupid UW), then once I get my laptop, then once I get wireless, I will be on this thing all the time - except for when I'm not studying, which will be the other 22 hours of the day. Ha. I have already been on the computer (I'm at the library) for 2.5 hours. Time to go home, my eyes are tired and I need drink...fast. I am going out for the first time tonight with a girl - Erin - from my program. Eventually, you will hear all about the people from my program, but I don't have time right now to explain all 15 of them (apparently, we have a big class). I am not giving this blg address out to anyone in Seattle for right now so that I can gossip about them on here. Very theraputic. I should know I'm a grad student in School Psych. Still weird to say.
Class was good today, but we have the most boring instructor. She means well and is really nice, she is just a lecturer and with all my grad school experience (puh-lease), I can say that I am not a big fan of the let's-sit-here-and-stare-at-the-professor-and-look-like-we-care kind of classes. This class is that kind of class. Oh, you know what I mean.
I posted an Women-Seeking-Men ad on Craigs List today. It's really funny. Both of my roommates did it and got about a million responses each, so I thought....(my actual thought process)...it would be really fun to check my email every day and have a million emails from random guys wanting to date me by something I wrote on Craigs List. So I did it. Check it out at:
www.craigslist.com
Click on Seattle (located in the list of cities on the right side panel), then on "Women Seeking Men" and look for the ad that says "Just Read It - 22."
That's me. I'm looking forward to the responses, because I'm looking for something to stand out. I seriously crack myself up. Tell me whatcha think.
Know what? I knew that Seattle was a coffee city by definition (Hello Starbucks!), but if I had a penny for every time I have seen someone with a coffee in the past 45 minutes, I would be richer than Bill Gates. No, for real. And the guys are really cute here, just my style. (If you could call cute and ghetto a style! You can, I just invented it.) Oh man, I am really running low on fuel here, I need a nap or a poop or something. Just call me random! (Or just call me because, really, I like getting phone calls.)
I'll write more later, my brain is fried.
PS - Today was the first day I used my umbrella!
