Awwwwwww.

Okay, so I just saw the cutest thing ever. It wasn't big, but it was so sweet. This girl was studying in the library right next to me and her boyfriend (presumably because they are pretty close to each other right now) brought her a cup of coffee. Awwwwww. I am such a sap. That was so damn adorable. I want that.

So, now, it's time for me to clarify a little bit. First of all, I want to apologize to Niki, because, Nik, I know you're reading and I didn't mention your name in the list adament followers...or, I like to think of you all that way. Not to make you feel cultish or anything. Secondly, I didn't necessarily mean for those who have posted to comment, my remarks were more for those who are reading and have not yet published anything...therefore, I actually have no idea that they are reading in the first place (aka Tyler John Nielsen). THAT'S what I meant about my rather harsh "POST PEOPLE!" In conclusion, I would just like to say hi to my most recent posters - Niki (I liked your "smoooooth," it made me laugh. Thanks for the perk-up, but my dance techniques are NOT up to par here!), Grandma (I wish I could have been home for your chicken dumpling soup last night!), Cindy (I also know that you are a religious reader, you should go back to school!), and Raya (I loved your post, congrats on the new job...also, it found it surprisingly comforting and normal when you put our names together...Kelly and Aaron...nice ring to it! OH, and send me some pics from Halloween! I gotta see the costumes!)

Also, I must be clear about another thing: none of you will be purged from my life, that was more of a declarative statement about how some people that I have been "hanging on to" really just make me feel like crap. And crap is not a good thing to feel like. There are plenty more individuals in my life that lift me up, infuse me with vitality, and support me in all of my craziness.

Did I say I bought a laptop? Well, I did and I love it. It's the best thing I ever did besides moving to Seattle, going to France, being born...well, among some of the best.

Okay, the other big news, you ask? I am officially meeting one of the Craigs List boys on Thursday. Then, I hope to meet the other on Saturday. I am excited about this, if you can tell through my electric writing! I will let you know how it goes...no real expectations, so it will definitely be an experience if nothing else!

And, I found out that Rebecca, one of my roommates, has a blog! Bonnie (my other roommate) told me the address, but I don't remember it. I'll have to let you all know...first, I gotta find out if there is dish about me in there! Huh, that should prove to be interesting.

All the while I type this, I am thinking to myself...I should really be doing my midterms. Yep, midterms weekend. BUT, you will all be very proud of me, since I am done (actually, I was done yesterday) with the midterm due tomorrow! Tonight, I am finishing up the one that is due for Wednesday. Hooray for me. No more procrastination. I read a really great quote about time yesterday and I can't remember what it is. I'll have to post it when I find it. It was really good.

So, the new thought about this situation with phantom-love Aaron? IF I AM WORTH BEING PURSUED, HE WILL PURSUE ME. In fact, this is the new thought in general. I am sick of taking the iniative when it comes to men. I am just going to sit back and relax for the remainder of my life. Well, maybe not that long, but at least until the end of the year. I'll try it out and if I don't like it, I'll go back to being incredibly aggressive. Sitting idly by is very hard for me...but a challenge is a challenge, and I'm always up for one.

One last thing before I go to class...I love the recreation/fitness center here. It's called the IMA (for Intermural Activities Building -dumb name, I know) and it is FANTASTIC! All the equipment is state-of-the-art and the machines are top-of-the-line. (Man, for hating hyphens, I sure used a lot of them there!) They have about 20+ cardio machines that each have their own personal TV attached! So...I can plan my workouts around the shows I like to watch since we don't have TV at my apartment. Ha. Perfect. It's really great there. Did I mention I'm on my way to having a serious six-pack? Well, I am.

Tonight, I have class for 45 minutes and then everyone takes the midterm I took on Friday! Yeah for me. Kelly, a girl in my cohort, invited me over tonight for soup that she made! She's so sweet. Then, it's time to hit the books again. :) Story of my life.

I MISS YOU ALL VERY MUCH.

(Look at the time..it's my birthday!)

Happy Halloween!
