I've Got That Boom Boom

Go Britney. I'm listening to her right now. So good.

Break was good, I can't believe it's over. I am already looking forward to the break in March because there is no holiday, therefore the craziness will be at a minimum. Thank goodness. It just doesn't seem long enough when I'm running around like a crazy person. :) All for good reason, though.

Second day of class is done, but Thursdays are my busy days. Here's the breakdown of my Winter schedule:
Mondays: No class
Tuesdays: Ethics from 1:30 - 3:20pm, Research from 4 - 5pm (but only on Feb 7, 28, & Mar 7) Wednesdays: Family Counseling from 11 - 1:20pm
Thursdays: Personality from 9:30 - 11:20am, Socialization from 1:30 - 3:50pm, Disabilities from 4:30 - 6:50pm
Fridays: No class

And that is 17 credits, folks. A 4 day weekend and 17 credits. SWEET. The course loads seem lighter as well, which is definitely a super bonus. Also, I am currently looking for a job and I am taking a yoga class and a hip hop class through the IMA (Rec Center here, remember?). I would also like to take ballet, jazz, or modern with a studio, but we'll see how my finances are by then. (By the way, Mom, I got that kickback, so I'm set.) I need money cause I want to visit so many people: Robin in Texas, Amanda in LA, Stacy in Las Vegas, Tyler in AZ town, Leah in Hawaii come July! Plus, we have a School Psychology conference in Anaheim, CA in April that Kelly, Christine, and I would like to attend. But first I have to become a member which is an extra $50. Geez. I better be pretty well off when I get outta here, cause I am going to have a lot of people to pay back (sorry parents) and a lot of debt.

So, on the personal front, Z and I are on a 'break' right now. Whatever that means. I don't really believe in breaks, but I finally gave into it because I figured it's worth a damn try, right? I am not quite sure. Don't get all worked up now, I don't know exactly how I feel about this since I really am not entirely sure what the point of it is. I'll keep you as updated as I can. The situation is really undefinable, so I'll give you what I know when I know it. Anyways, I had a great Christmas, though. I got a massage from the parents (THE BEST THING EVER) and I got a necklace from Zack. See below. The story is that he got me a different one and while that one was really beautiful, it just wouldn't be a piece I would wear all the time. So, I opted for another. It suits me better. Plus, it's friggin hard to pick out jewelry for other people, even when you've known them for years! In particular, I am really picky. I like unique pieces and I think I achieved unusual with this piece. I LOVE IT! It's pretty damn expensive, too. Again, see below and let me know if you like it. BOO - It's not working. Well, I'll post it next time. Keep looking on here. The necklace was accompanied by a really sweet card that I especially loved. :)

So, this next pic is Z's present wrapped - isn't it pretty? I was so proud of it that I had to take a pic. Beautiful. Top box is about $25 worth of cigars, middle box is a yellow shirt that says " Iowa: Nothing to do since 1772" (Z went to college in Iowa), and bottom box is a Puma jacket. So cool.

This picture is what I gave to most people for Christmas. Isn't it cute? I am standing in front of Pike's Market in downtown Seattle. Directly behind me is where they throw the fish. I think you can see it if you blow up the pic and look really close. This was Z's idea - isn't it clever? He also took the pictures for me.

Okay, well, I better go. I gotta get home. I think I'm making homemade stir fry tonight! Yum!
Love you all - let me know how you're Christmases were! :)
