Blogs Are The Coolest.

You guys, I don't even know where to start. This past weekend was a whirlwind of romance, if you can say that, and I am SO BEHIND in my work that I am seriously suffering right now. But I can't seem to focus! Quick rundown...I have a friend named Nick who went to Cornell College in Iowa. I met him because Raya, whom I went to France with in 2003, has a boyfriend who is best friends with Nick. So, I'm chatting with Nick on AIM on Friday afternoon and after our convo, I look up his profile on Facebook, which is an online networking website for people in high school and college. Kinda like myspace.com. Anyways, I saw that he has 3 friends in Seattle, 2 of which were me because I have 2 profiles - a WA one and a MN one. His other friend in Seattle was from Janesville, WI and he moved out here to take a position with the Seattle Mariners. So, I messaged him and told him we should hang out. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon, I get a message from him that says, "Let's get a beer tonight, here's my # and by the way, I live in Wedgwood near the U District." I was like, WEIRD, because I also live in Wedgwood. I messaged him my address and #, and not even an hour later, I got a call from. Basically, he lives right acroos the street from me. I can see his house from my window. How weird is that? So, since Sunday night, when we decided to meet, my life has completely changed. I feel like I've known him forever. He was a business economics and psychology major as well as a philosophy minor at Cornell, he played basketball with Nick and he knows some of the peeps I do. We have a ridiculously lot in common and he is one of the sweetest guys I know. He shares with me, is totally generous, already brought me ice cream last night, and tells me that I am beautiful. This is moving quite fast...his parents are coming to town this weekend and I'm already supposed to meet them. He's the perfect combo of geek and ghetto, yet he is SO RESPECTFUL which I am REALLY BIG ON. That is the most important thing for me. Sigh. I don't know. I just can't believe this. It's almost too perfect. I'm just going to enjoy it right now. Thanks to Brianna's advice. Ahh. More later, I gots to go to classssssssss.
