First of all, I would like to wish Krista a very happy birthday! Sorry I can't be in Mpls with you (or wherever your little traveling butt is), but I'm thinking about you and I miss you tons, Captain! :)
Next order of business: Yesterday, I almost got crapped on by a bird. Yep. Luckily, it missed me by about a foot. It was on campus yesterday right when I got off the bus. I would have been pissed if I would have had to get back on the bus to go home to change.
So, yesterday was also President's Day which is considered a holiday, right? Well, they ain't kidding when they say campus is on holiday. Shit, nothing was open yesterday! Christine and I were going to meet at the HUB (which is the Husky Student Union Building) after she found out that Miller (our building) and the library were both closed! Can you believe that? I opted for going to work out at the IMA and she came there also, but to study instead because it was the only place on campus that was open! Then, we proceeded to work on our ethics paper for another 7 hours to add to the 9 hours on Friday. BUT WE GOT IT DONE! We even got the PowerPoint done, too! Hooray for us!
Now, I have class. Ethics. Then, I have to work on a midterm due tomorrow - the genogram of Jimi Hendrix's life along with therapeutic interventions for him and his family. PHEW. It's gonna be a long night.
PS - Thanks for the brow compliment, Cindy! :)
