Another Snow Day

I don't have classes on Wednesdays, so it's not technically a snow day for me, but Seattle public schools are closed for the second day. It's harsh here - cold, icy, hilly (which makes everything worse). But it's SO FUN! Feels like the midwest! Feels like Christmas!

It's ironic that all regions (of the world, in fact) are experiencing opposite weather conditions from what they normally have. It's relatively warm with no snow in the midwest, the northeast, and Europe, but in the northwest, it's cold and snowy instead of damp and rainy! They are saying that the year of 2006 has had everything in Seattle - we had TONS of rain in January, one of the driest summers on record, the most rain in one month (November) EVER in the history of Seattle, and now, SNOW that has STUCK for more than a few hours (apparently, it has been a while since this has happened, too)!

Now that I've had a few "off" days, I am SO CAUGHT UP! You can't even believe it - things are going swimmingly, I barely have anything else to do but a few presentations for next week. THEN I'M DONE! :)

Hooray for almost having my Master's degree!

How are you?
