Holy shit, they were so not kidding when they said the word torrential when speaking about the rain that has been literally pouring down on the city of Seattle for the past 4 days. I know I said that a few posts ago, but today was the worst of all. I was soaking wet from the waist down after getting off the bus and walking 3 blocks this morning. And I had an umbrella! Everything was wet, including my laptop which was in its case which was in my backpack which was under the umbrella. I wore terrible shoes and had bloody blisters by 9am. It was gross and painful.
Now, I'm just plain tired. I should do work, but this week is going to be busy and I am totally on the rag. Thus, exhaustion and bloating sets in. Someone might as well just put an air pump in my mouth and blow me up I'm so bloated. Eww. That probably wasn't the most pleasant image.
One more thing before I go: I was sitting RIGHT HERE at my kitchen table and I saw it with my own two eyes. The wind (or SOMETHING) opened the back door. It's weird enough as it is, but what's even more bizarre is the fact that the door was LOCKED and the wind (or SOMETHING) actually UNLOCKED the door before it opened (I SAW IT HAPPEN!)...so creepy...it had to be a spirit or something. The wind can't do that shit - even wind that accompanies torrential rain!
